VIDEO BELOW UPLOADED TO YOUTUBE VIA CORNWALL & DEVON TV Including HD Aerial drone video footage. I was pleased to find this video of popular Cornwall tourist hotspot St Ives. And I've noticed that over the last couple of years that youtubers down in the West Country are starting to make much more professional videos thanks to new technology with the use of video camera drones. Of course we're not allowed so much freedom of use with drones in heavily built up City areas. But for the fortunate owners of video drones, it does allow them to film some quite spectacular aerial shots that gives viewers an even more accurate layout of the land. |
SATURDAY 5th MAY BANK HOLIDAY WEEKEND |
My original blog posting of the boys along with a video I made can be found HERE. |

Above are the original seeds which I gathered in 2016, keeping them in a jar over the Winter eventually planting them in Spring 2017. |
One of the stranger pictures I took on Hampstead Heath over the recent Bank Holiday weekend. I often refer to this gothic looking building as The Witches Cottage. |
Pity about your holiday. I do like a bare topped musician. Plenty of nice photos, thanks. I have seen those seed pods but I had no idea what they were called or looked like alive. I will save the video of St Ives to savour tomorrow.
ReplyDeleteAndrew, Yes, typical that had we gone, just for once the sun would have shone every day.
ReplyDeleteThose seed pods are interesting. When I first planted some a few years ago a Japanese friend asked what those strange pods were.
They took a few back home and successfully planted them giving them several Honesty plants.
I'm sure you'll like the brief video.
Dee, great to see you're back online! I hope you are doing well against your colon cancer. As for your comments of Harry's wedding, I couldn't believe how many cable channels over here covered that wedding, then repeated it. Despite my love for English history (I have dozens of books), I mowed my lawn instead of watching that. Best wishes to you and I look forward to visiting this site.
ReplyDeleteKen (formerly Eosinophil)
Kenneth, Yes I remember the name Eosinophil. For some reason I always thought it was a Spanish or Greek name.
ReplyDeleteYes, bearing through all the after effects of the cancer. The Colon seems to have a mind of it's own.
I think that there was a lot of outdoor type people taking advantage of the good weather during that Royal Wedding,
preferring to be out and about doing something better. Some making youtube videos with the emphasis 'We're NOT watching
the wedding.'
Maybe you have books or book on Queen Victoria. Just watched an interesting three part tv documentary all about her.
Anyway, just trying now to put together a new blog post. Thanks for visiting. Dee.
