Back On The Buses...Arthur Flirts With the New Lodger

So once again we return to that bawdy feel good tv comedy from the 1970's On The Buses

and reacted to by bxkid. And he's clearly taken to these vintage comedies as he has reacted

to many more episodes. And it's a great pleasure seeing someone watching these episodes

and enjoying them for the first time.

And this particular episode is one of my favourites and is set in the home of the Butlers 

where they decide to let out one of their rooms to a female lodger who just happens to be

the new Nurse at the Bus Garage.

The trouble is that Arthur, played brilliantly by Michael Robbins, takes a fancy to the

new lodger, flirting with her in front of his frumpy wife Olive, played by Anna Karen.
