THE LITTLE VENICE CANAL FESTIVAL 2023

It was good to be back at this year's annual West London Canal Festival after a gap

of several years due to the pandemic.

And on the opening Saturday it was indeed perfect weather, but no so good for the rest of

the weekend.

You could say that the month of May has been a miserable time here in the U.K.

Summer seems to have been put on hold, apart from last Sunday. So you've got to feel sorry

for all the tourists that visited our shores for the recent Royal festivities during miserable May.

But things are slowly getting back to normal and so it was good to be down by the

Browning Pools in Little Venice to see all the pretty boats and barges gathered together.

This annual event is put on by The Inland Waterways Association.
