Winter. And last weekend saw in The Classic Car Boot Sale, an idea first thought up
by designer Wayne Hemingway back in 2011. Although I feel that the name of the event
belittles itself as there are car boot sales going on everywhere all the time.
What about calling it The Annual Vintage and Retro Festival.
The event is described as two full weekend days of retro inspired fun fashion, classic
cars and sustainable shopping at Granary Square Kings Cross London.
And it's clear to see that visiting fans of retro and nostalgia seem to favour the 1940's
and 1950's, with many all decked out in clothing attire from those very decades.
